Welcome to this new blog. We are dedicated to community development of Rubanda in southwestern Uganda and beyond.
Rubanda solidarity was born in 2002. It's mission is to improve the livelihood of the community of Rubanda through quality education for the most disadvantaged children as well as income generating activities for women and youth.
The project was born out of five chickens by one family that expanded into a group of women. In 2004, a school was born which included a nursery and primary school.
Our motto is "United for Success."
