Construction Project in progress

Two weeks after the completion of the first phase of groundbreaking and pavement construction, the second phase of nursery school has begun. Its now the raising of walls to roofing. Our greatest appreciation again goes to all our generous donors connected with Rubanda by the Yamba Abaana USA. Thank you so much. Discovering Safe Drinking Water in Rubanda!

Water Drinking Ceremony!

There is going to be the first water drinking ceremony on October 9th in Rubanda on the well site. Please join us in any way you can. That day is also the Uganda Independence Day. Yes, the school and the community of Rubanda will be celebrating two in one, Water Independence from water born diseases and contamination that for years have caused chronic healthy havoc; misery and death in the to many people in the community.
Dr. Bruce Murray will represent Yamba Abaana US together with other more five visiting doctors on site to join, witness and participate in the first water drinking ceremony. Its awesome! Please join us where you can. 

To each and every one: Please, here below  join our Engineer Robert to go through the project implementation trip through the gallery. our initial plan did not include the fixture of a borehole. Its a new innovation borrowed from rural water projects in Tanzania by Dr. Bruce who has been there on tropical disease and rural water safety study. How much power unity holds! With the most recent unreliable arrival of hydro electric connection to the community, alternative borehole equipment is inevitable and more than smart.

School third term opens

Our school opened August 4th the second term of academic year under torrential rains. There was low turn up of students to school because of rain. Please see the pictures below during the registration of students on arrival to school in the company of their parents.
